Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

This Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing the return, refund and exchange of products purchased from Reeva Naturals. By making a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the provisions of this Policy.

General Return Guidelines

Condition: Products must be returned in new or gently used condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase or, where applicable, a gift receipt.

Gift Sets: Where a gift set is returned, all products and packaging included in that set must be returned together. No more than one item within the gift set may be in gently used condition; all remaining items must be unused and unopened.

Original Packaging: All returned products must be in their original, unmarked packaging, including all containers and boxes, and must not be broken, altered or defaced.

Return Process: Products purchased online may be returned by courier in accordance with the return procedure set out below.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return arises as a direct result of an error on the part of Reeva Naturals.

Return Window: Items purchased online must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date in order to qualify for a refund.

Processing Time: Please allow between 3 and 14 business days for the return to be processed following receipt at our facility.

How to Return Online Purchases by Courier

1. Notice of Return: Customers must notify Reeva Naturals by email at contactus@reevanaturals.com and provide the purchaser’s name, purchase date, order number, invoice amount, the names and quantities of the items being returned, and the reason for the return.

2. Packaging Requirements: The product must be securely packed in its original Reeva Naturals box and packaging.

3. Return Documentation: Customers must download, complete and include the Return Slip available on the website before arranging courier delivery of the package.

 

Important: Courier charges and any other shipping or delivery costs associated with returning a product shall be borne by the customer and will not be paid or reimbursed by Reeva Naturals.
